Job Description: Purchasing Clerk

ALL APPLIANCE PARTS is a fast-growing, team oriented, HVAC/PLUMBING & Appliance parts company. We are looking for a team player who is organized, pays attention to details, can multitask and is very efficient with their time.

Job Summary:

The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for all HVAC & Plumbing purchase orders. This includes: Talking to contractors/customers about materials, Sourcing materials, ordering & receiving, verifying, and processing purchase orders. This position will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of purchase orders and pick tickets, as well as assisting in the dispatching of delivery drivers for each order.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders from Contractors/Customers for processing, source materials from Manufacturers or current vendors.
• Make & review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, as well as verifying the purchase orders against vendor pricing guides.
• Prepares purchase orders for printing and shipping using our purchasing software system.
• Processes returns of merchandise from the customer.
• Control Dispatching of 2 drivers to customer locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
